Our Shipping Policy
We use First Class Royal Mail. We aim to get your orders on their way to you same or next day. We hope all orders are delivered between 3 and 5 days dependent upon order date, weekends and bank holidays.
Orders over £75 have free shipping.
Unfortunately we only ship to the UK.
Our Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please return the item(s), along with a copy of the order confirmation within 14 days of purchase to the following address:

The returned item(s) must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging for a full product refund or a replacement. Please note we do not refund postage charges on returned goods unless the item is faulty.
As the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until delivered, we recommend you send the goods to us by registered post.
Refunds will then be processed via your original payment method on our website.
Please note: We can't offer refunds or exchanges on hygiene-related goods such as earrings, unless faulty.This does not affect your statutory rights.

Packaging Policy
At Penriver we understand that the packaging we use for our online orders has an impact on the environment. We are therefore committed to sourcing and using as much eco-friendly packaging as possible.
Outer Boxes/Envelopes: The cardboard boxes we use are recyclable so please treat them as you would your other cardboard waste.
Cards and envelopes are biodegradable wrapped in compostable cellophane. The glitter on the English Graphic cards is biodegradable eco glitter. Your parcel will contain all or some of the above which all play a part in achieving our aim to make our packaging as environmentally friendly as possible whilst ensuring you receive your parcel safely and securely.
